Warranty Information

Because NaturalKlean sells directly to you and not through retailers, there is no need to register your products. Every product you purchase, that is eligible for a warranty, is automatically registered. 

All of our products, except for accessories, are covered under a 1-year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects but does not cover accidental damage. NaturalKlean will replace your product with an equivalent refurbished or new product. In the event that we do not have a replacement model, a comparable or upgraded unit in performance and value from our current product range will be sent to you. This program is free, you only pay for shipping.
